Changed production build directory

Fixed another critical exception that might crash server (respawn of client who quit the game)

Refactored tank move handler to perform step predict while receiving keyboard event (this should remove glitch with blinking tank rotation)

Enhancement for move packet in order to fix desynchronization (auto correct location if distance is not too high), fixed critical exception that might crush server (handling of keyboard event while tank have been destroyed)
