waterfall: lock the fountain/seam to a fixed px height per orientation so a changing mobile URL bar can't push the resting waterline down. The sim was proven to settle back to the seam; the drift was the 45dvh stage growing when the URL bar hides. Verified: seam holds 360->360px across a viewport-height change (was 360->405).
