Added the ability to disable reconnection when websocket.OnFailure called. Added null check so when passing null as the envelope to trigger the channel onError callback wouldn't throw an NPE. Made sure the heartbeat was cancelled if disconnecting socket.

WebSocketListener.onClose gets triggered when we deliberately close a socket or the server closes it. If we close on purpose then it shouldn't constantly try to reconnect.

Timeout on a push would repeat forever. Renamed scheduleTask to scheduleRepeatingTask to make it more clear what would happen.
