Refactor fetch_existing_only.py and update clusters.csv: Removed hardcoded label catalog and descriptions for clusters, streamlining the clustering process. Adjusted output DataFrame to retain only complete rows, enhancing data integrity. Updated clusters.csv with new demographic data for Zwolle, including population and housing characteristics, while improving cluster descriptions for better insights.

Update crime and demographic datasets: Replace existing CSV files with new datasets for crime statistics and neighborhood demographics, including detailed statistics for Zwolle. Enhance clustering logic in fetch_existing_only.py to utilize total violence as the primary feature and improve output clarity with example clusters preview. Additionally, backup the previous version of fetch_existing_only.py for reference.
