The original purpose was to created an automated pipeline for identifying hiring trends in data science to provide the BS in Data Science program with a competitive "edge" when our student enter the workforce.

Making some tweaks to the dashboard to drop pointless colorbars and reorder from of the categories into things that make more logical sense. Also change how the data files whow up in the side bar of the dashboard. Some updates to tests as well.
