Rprofiling

Add initial .Rbuildignore and placeholder DESCRIPTION + NAMESPACE.

Drop hyphen in R-profiling name.

Move all .R files to R/ for package preparation.

Fix medians not showing up.

Sort displayed variables in alphabetical order.
