Auto-create .bash_history in .persist on first run

Add ~/.local/bin to front of PATH in default bashrc

Run process-links.sh before agent updates in entrypoint

Default persist mount to ~/.local/share/llmbox/persist

Add host-backed persist directory and LINKS.txt symlink processing
