Fixes #3778. Unicode chars in method names aren't accepted

Define module_function singleton method as proper clone.

Spec for module_function's singleton method with super.

Update to jruby-readline 1.1 snapshot. Fixes #3721

Use the utility methods, so we can centralize all packed const.
