also need autoconf as a dependency

make sure git is installed when building erlang/elixir

more updates to allow linking to openssl properly

clone openssl repo after erlang repo so ansible doesn't complain that directory already exists

erlang simply doesn't build with openssl 1.1, clone the latest 1.0.x version and link (statically) to that when building erlang
