Create some simple abstractions around framebuffer and led objects to make it easier to work with from python

Add initial python bindings with basic LED abilities, using Hidapi for access

Add configurations for python bindings feature

Add pyo3 and make it an optional feature, enable rlib and cdylib for python bindings

Move other models note to sub-list for consistency
