Merge pull request #497 from ewmailing/mathbuiltins2

Swapped around arguments in pallene_math_mod.

Refactored float->int into pallene_checked_float_to_int.

Inserted _math_ prefix for ceil, floor, modf functions in pallene_core.h

For modf, ceil, floor, now raise a Lua error if the float->int fails.
