Changed the threshold value and adjusted how lines are determined for sequence boxing.

Added options to not save files, and also filter out the 'Installed' when the 'Head Start' perk is picked.

Added logging and made Ocr use lines instead of root of cell count

Improved recognition with patterns/words, moved to static Tesseract for faster processing.
