Add comments, rename test_helpers_test, change default calendar event setting to *not* filter calendar events out of inbox

Ensure email bankruptcy cleanup is based on --lookback-days

If unsubscribing from a domain or sender, archive all mail associated with that domain or sender.

Update outdated argument names. Use lookbackDays for both (a) the window of inspected emails and (b) the beginning of the 'email bankruptcy' period that archives unread emails older than a certain age
