Handle GEDCOM files where ID numbers are not sequential. Fixed errors when certain ID references are not found in the file. Remove excessive looping by adding the list of children to the family class. Prevent process_ged_file() from running automatically so that the Windows UI will give the user a chance to change settings before processing.
