Tweaked the behavior of the NickName form and cleaned up the code a little.

Created a ReadMe

Separated out CSS and JS from the HTML. Setup SASS. Please only make changes to SCSS files, or your changes will get overwritten.

Finished the socket.io tutorial as a starting point.
