fixed button fixed width issue

added solutions counter, and solution number now appears on view, added getChallenge function that runs on page load

fixed size of buttons, removed margin-right on show/hide solutions button so they line up with other buttons on mobile

added favorites counter and fixed bug where remove favorite would delete all favorites associated with a given challenge
