pytest-benchmark

Don't test xdist on 2.9 (it needs 3.0+). Simplify some assertions (warnings are simplified in 3.2).

Trim the test grid and upgrade some deps.

Update test grid.

Revert "Handle --benchmark-skip/-only during test collection.". Closes #87. See #86 for motivation.

Update usage docs. Close #91.
