Merge pull request #1472 from Marthyn/bugfix/nationaal_georegister

The coordinates are returned in a specific notation from the NationaalRegisterNl API:

Prepare for release of gem version 1.6.4.

Remove unsupported HTTP protocol option.

No longer care about using HTTP by default.
