ref file_input_selector - removed hardcoded dom id. clear queue on all complete, otherwise was giving error when trying to upload another file without a page refresh.

updated to read amazon_s3.yml based on current rails env. changed onError to complete like a successful upload (status shows completed, fades out uploader div). Needed to do this b/c uploading direct to S3 returns a 201 (when all g), which uploadify then thinks is an error.
