Changed code so when editing a picture one can only change the caption, and can not change the picture. Deleting a picture has been implemented.

Button to update a trip report picture now functioning. Button to delete picture is not yet implemented.

Trip Report pictures are displayed. Buttons to update picture and delete picture do not yet work.

Uploading trip report pictures. Uploaded picture are not yet being displayed.
