Fixed whitespace issue in basic_feature_runner, changed isAlive to is_alive in unit tests and updated test_pyflow to use pytest instead of raw unittest.

Switch isAlive() to is_alive() because pytest keeps claiming that it will be deprecated.

Updated to allow 3.6 (default CentOs)

Relative import fix.

Update for python 3
