Add World Magnetic Model 2015.

Report UK in degrees and minutes, move ZPU and UK to "NVU heading" field.

For VOR (and RSBN) report bearing from the station (i.e. current radial).

Change output format for bearing to an RSBN.

Change example to show RSBN station, not VOR.
