Add option to retrieve print Jobs from a printer

Rename PrintJobInfo to JobInfo. Fix job status value. Remove use of index in job loop and append at the end of each loop.

Rename PrintJobs to Jobs. Remove fmt.Println in test. Add defer p.Close() in test. Use t.Fatalf instead of t.Fatal in test. Remove use of reflect package. Remove PercentComplete in PrintJobInfo structure. Add JOB_STATUS_RENDERING_LOCALLY const and add to StatusCode check. Simplify ms to ns conversion when setting Submitted date. Return nil in Jobs when empty array should be returned.
