Principals of the actual implementation of git init. Commiting now because I am about to push.

Added gracious error messages when parameters are missing. Fixed issue that was causing tests to stop: I was invoking exit in the parser.

Adding parsing to commands and a Init command with parser. I want to gracifully handle missing arguments before moving forward with implementing the init command.

Adding gems, setting up rspec and guard and writing our first test to display help.
