Update sets.py

using TESTING to set up clique detection. right now, only triangles but slow because of large matrix multiplication without GPU accelleration

Made graphs tests, refactors minor graph things, speeds up shortest path in graph

solves 082 and 083, progress on graphs module

gets graph short path working
