BLE_Android_Playground

Got some basic BLE code in there but im having trouble getting a good id for a tag.

Initial checkin dummy application created by android studio

Started adding GATT Attributes for TI Sensor Tag

The activity now dumps out the UDID of found services for the TI Sensor tag. Also started defining UDID's in the GattAttributes

This is a simple application that will scan for bluetooth low energy devices and log the device name and rssi value to the logcat.
