Merge pull request #77 from wp-graphql/fix/#76-js-error-for-clone-fields

- fix bug where a JS error occurs when Clone Fields are added to a field group

- change name to adhere to WordPress.org slug requirements (cannot start with wp-, cannot conflict with existing plugins. This change creates the slug wpgraphql-acf)

- add composer build-plugin command

- add initial graphics for WordPress.org
