rust_assembly_explorer

Got assembly code generating and showing up in the window. A few minor service cleanups as well.

Big check-in.

Updated the settings UI for the updated approach to the plugin (using cargo-show-asm)

Get tests passing again so I stop getting annoying emails. I have nothing to test yet, so just make them empty.

Move away from the compiler explorer name. This project will use `cargo asm` due to compiler explorers poor rust support to-date.
