Improving side/bottom docks

improved weight matrix node bounds to fix outlining issues in SupervisedModelNode (lasso selection no longer works for now)

Initial implementation of side info panel. Attempt to refactor bottom dock but not working so it's broken for now. Some gui cleanup at desktop level.

Adding a utility to zero out the diagonal of weight matrices (was going to add an option to not train self connections in Hebb but this is easier and more general). Related minor cleanup.
