Documentation for the "is_good_fit" function.

Added is_good_fit functions for all of the fitter models.

Add a function to FitModel to validate the "goodness" of a fit; that is, are the fitting parameters physically reasonable? This goes a bit deeper than the process_fit_parameters function, which cleaned up bad fits in some cases. Other cases cannot be fixed, representing bad fits. The fitter will now exclude such results.
