Fix misleading documentation comment.

- Fix issue where all Table instances would respond to row changes on any table. This was due to each Table subscribing to a static event on Row, and not checking if the raised events were relevant. The problem would manifest as an out of range warning that made no sense, when more than one Table instance was in existence.

Added XSL stylesheet to tweak content.xml when reading ODF files, as a quick way to fix some issues. Currently expands all repeated rows and columns in tables, as the library does not handle this feature at all at present.
