Flag orphan var dirs in --inspect=homebrew and add path column

Add postgresql category that drops parallel test databases

Add --inspect=CAT to drill into storage categories

Lower --force-purge floor to 8 GB for slightly more eviction pressure

Switch --force-purge from write-fill to fcntl(F_PREALLOCATE)
