Updated logging so that we are using only settings controlled logging. May need to update this to report errors always.

Altered the debug profiles so that they log to a plugin specific logger, with guidance from the default cura plugin code.

Fix camera test issue, updated default settings, change default settings initialize so that octoprint settings are pulled in for every profile where applicable (camera address and bitrate so far).

Remove some unused settings. Updated settings defaults and settings_default.json to more reasonable values. Added a very basic about tab.

Remove snapshot format, output directory and file name settings. Remove timelapse directory and output file settings. Fix file extension in render. Pervent synchronization with the default timelapse plugin when the format is not mp4. Enhance client messages on rendering complete.
