ENH: Update version to 01.00.01.01

FIX: replace bit shift with integer division to avoid float rshift error.

MOD: flatten the effect call stack of the LED module to reduce MicroPython task stack usage.

FIX: The LED's test function is not effective if the transmitter has not been connected.
