generator is now passed as copy to function a(), b() and cde(). This results in correct looking plots and seems to have solved the problem.

Changed the length of the system N from a global variable to a parameter of most functions. Errors that probably arose from this should now be fixed. Furthermore moved the random generator from a global one to a thread private one and add parameters for this to most functions. Now the result should be deterministic (given that the number of threads is not changed). Now the needed small systems also get simulated and the results are plotted in comparison. Add labels to the plots. Plot the simulated data and the theoretic curve for task 1.

minor changes. runtime now roughly 14 min.
