For a time length of a year or two, plot every month (normally we plot one month per year).

You can specify a list of LANDFRAC files to be converted to sftlf files.

The input T file can have a path without affecting the output location.

A one-off file but potentially extendable to future uses: copies a file but with the time axis reduced to a smaller range.

A trivial little one-off for when sftlf has a time axis but no real time dependence - get rid of the time axis
