* Added new feature for each external dependency (.jar) [javazoom, lucene, maxmind, h2database]

* BugFix : When changing the date from the datetime component, the pray times got re-computed and the table updated but they were "rolled back" by the UI Thread which re-compute the times for the current date. This bug occurred when checking automaticUpdateAtMidnight.

* Updated update site and rebuilt contents.

Moved all plugins to plugins/ directory, all features to features/ directory.
