cucumber-jest

refactored glob patterns used to retrieve variable files and replaced primitive array methods with performant babel macros that transform to inline loops and changed temp folder to use the os temp folder path and updated docs accordingly

fixed variables feature issues related to replacing text and escaping pipe for data table rows and added error handling and throwing for when cucumber fails to parse the feature file

added support for global variables with and without env defined

loosened package dependency versions, removed unused getMocks functionality and update README with new cucumber v7 paths
