Fix MultiparentEntity dispatch of additional parents changes.

Disable @:watch support for now, it is not ready yet.

Minor: additional options in the hxml.

Start resolving deps from own entity instead of dispatching one for @:watch fields.

Use declaration expression for _watch instead of assignment in the constructor.
