Added ability for test queries to override the default config.

Added error handling for file moves in reset_filenames so that the function doesn't terminate on first failure.

Fixed 500 error from not applying DISTINCT to list filters.

Server now uses mimalloc instead of default musl allocator when building against musl.

Replaced QueryCache system with TEMP tables.
