Update to ninja and docs

Cleanup unused

nano.specs already adds necessary libs, no need for that.

Get up to C23, C++26, use std::print (uses LOADS of flash and rodata hah, oh well), remove nosys and add my own stubs, formatting.

Tidy up post-build steps, remove EXECUTABLE alias. Not a fan.
