CLUEstering_alpaka3

Fork of the High-performance density-based weighted clustering library developed at CERN. This fork aims to provide the infrastructure and functionalities to run the current alpaka based implementation of CLUE on its successor alpaka3 (https://github.com/alpaka-group/alpaka3).
