New Feature 1: During startup, once the storage node get connected with Neon, it will read its checkpoint location, and start syncing xlogs with Neon, without waiting Compute Node's message. New Feature 2: The tenant_id and timeline_id will be read from environment variables, instead of hard coding. Fix Bug 1: For Neon's start replication message '0/12345', we could parse the '0' as well, this number indicate the xlog file number, we forget to parse that before. Fix Bug 2: When Storage node sends xlog to Neon, Neon will send response message back to storage node. We arise a thread to read these responses, in order to make flushing xlog asynchronously.
