feat(commands): add DefineMeshCommand and SetDeformBinding\n\n- DefineMeshCommand: apply mesh from float[] verts + ushort[] inds\n- SetDeformBinding: set binding values (deform or value) at keypoint\n - Auto-create bindings when missing (undoable)\n - Type-driven (DeformationParameterBinding/ValueParameterBinding)\n - Strict deform checks: even-length offsets, vertex-count match, deformable target\n - No-ops on invalid/missing inputs; not runnable via shortcut\n- Wire into commands package and AllCommandMaps\n- Build validated with linux-full release
