upgraded gradle project (which probably doesnt need to be checked in) and added some more screenshots

changed the manifest to the magic incantation necessary to work on my test android device (before it just worked on the emulator)

soft keyboard pops up when adding or editing an item, added screenshots and widget preview, fixed strings with proper capitalization of WorkFlowy
