Removed the local TracyInstrumentation.h as it's nwo provided by the VSG tiself.

Added runtime check for instrumentation levels

Update to use the latest vsg::Instrumentation API

Adopted use of the new Instrumentation::leaveFrame(..) method.

Simplified the setup of instrumentation by using the new Viewer::asignInstrumentation(..) method.
