Changed some experiments and plots.

Delete old test data. Data is now generated on the fly.

Adding the noise variance no longer requires the construction of an entire identity matrix.

Corrected the reported time by dividing by the number of trials.

Slight code refactoring. Added test results for fitting against a sinusoidal function.
