Fixes when riding an entity it allows users to bypass teleportation and world border damage. It will now dismount them automatically then they will be sent away from outside of the border.

Not suppose to use player.setLocation instead use SetToTransform because it give an error

Just a switch up on default settings because if a server owner doesn't have nucleus install it wont cause issues for them.

Added a few changes first off you can now have an option to turn off automatically teleporting back to spawn or have Nucleus RTP system instead.
