Fix ElementPath tokenising.

For element class lookup, assure consistency between lookup function and state, but do not serialise the whole lookup.

Fix a potential invalid access when resetting the fallback class lookup.

Fix a race condition when concurrently setting the fallback element class lookup.

Clear the potentially user provided "_Element._tag" value when unregistering the proxy element.
