AdventureSim

Converted some of the equipment code into data files. Still need to add the rest of the armor. Couldn't yet test the json file stuff since my setup doesn't want to run the maven code (or something). Need to add the set bonus tests, and make sure all equipment creations are using the new code.

Added Maven to project (needed for Jackson)

Save/Load halfway done

Everything except sets and save/load buttons should work.
